No exceptions apply based on purchase type, price point, or duration of engagement.

6 Figure Salons reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions and associated policies at any time, without prior notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

4. 1:1 BUSINESS ADVISORY & POWER STRATEGY POLICY

Scope of Service

All 1:1 Business Advisory and Power Strategy Sessions provided by 6 Figure Salons are:

  • Strategic, experience-led, and insight-based

  • Designed to provide clarity, direction, and prioritisation

  • Delivered within a defined timeframe and agreed format

  • Limited strictly to the scope outlined at the time of booking

These services are not:

  • Ongoing coaching or mentoring

  • Therapy, counselling, or emotional support

  • Day-to-day business management

  • Implementation or “done-for-you” services

Unless expressly stated in writing, no ongoing support, follow-up access, or additional sessions are included beyond what is purchased.

Nature of the Engagement

Engaging 6 Figure Salons does not create any form of:

  • Employer-employee relationship

  • Partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship

  • Director, officer, or management role within your business

All advice and guidance is provided in an independent advisory capacity only.

Client Responsibility

No Implementation or Outcome Guarantee

6 Figure Salons does not:

  • Implement, execute, or manage changes within your business

  • Communicate with your staff, contractors, landlords, suppliers, or clients

  • Prepare financial, legal, tax, employment, or compliance documentation

  • Guarantee outcomes, timelines, or performance improvements

All implementation decisions and actions remain entirely your responsibility.

Professional Boundaries

​

Advice is limited to strategic insight and experience. You are strongly encouraged to engage qualified professionals (such as accountants, solicitors, HR advisors, or financial planners) to execute or validate recommendations where required.

5. CEO PHOTOSHOOT EXPERIENCE POLICY

Booking & Payment

​

  • Full payment is required to secure a photoshoot booking and confirm availability.

  • Bookings are non-transferable and may not be assigned or resold to another individual or business.

  • Dates are held exclusively once payment is received.

​​

Scheduling & Changes

​

  • Any requests to reschedule must be made within the notice period outlined at booking.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled photoshoot may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

​​

Creative Direction & Artistic Control

​

The CEO Photoshoot Experience is a professionally guided branding session.

While creative direction, posing guidance, and brand alignment are provided:

  • Final image selection, editing style, colour grading, and overall aesthetic remain at the professional discretion of 6 Figure Salons.

  • Minor retouching and standard professional editing are included.

  • Major alterations, body reshaping, background replacement, or extensive retouching requests are not included unless expressly agreed in writing and may incur additional fees.

Image Delivery

​

  • Final edited images are delivered digitally in high-resolution and web-optimised formats.

  • Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary based on workload and post-production requirements.

​​

Licensing & Usage Rights

​

Upon full payment and delivery:

  • The client is granted unrestricted rights to use the final images for personal and business branding purposes, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertising, courses, and billboards.

  • 6 Figure Salons retains full copyright ownership of all images.

  • 6 Figure Salons reserves the right to use the images for marketing, promotional, portfolio, website, and social media purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images may not be:

  • Resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties

  • Used for stock photography or commercial resale

Location & Travel

​

  • Photoshoots are currently offered only in approved regions and locations as outlined on the service page.

  • Travel outside approved regions may be declined or incur additional fees.

​​

Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6 Figure Salons is not liable for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences

  • External factors affecting the shoot (lighting, space limitations, venue access, weather, or third-party interruptions)

6. BILLBOARD ADVERTISING POLICY

Campaign Nature

​

Billboard advertising provided by 6 Figure Salons is a brand visibility and exposure service designed to increase awareness and presence in selected locations.

All billboard campaigns are:

  • Visibility-based and exposure-driven

  • Subject to third-party media owner availability, scheduling, and operational requirements

  • Dependent on location, format, rotation, dwell time, and audience traffic patterns

Exact exposure metrics, impressions, and performance outcomes may vary and are influenced by factors outside the control of 6 Figure Salons.

No Performance Guarantee

​

6 Figure Salons does not guarantee, warrant, or represent any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

  • Bookings or appointments

  • Sales or revenue

  • Leads or enquiries

  • Return on investment (ROI)

Advertising performance is influenced by numerous variables, including:

  • Creative quality and messaging

  • Brand recognition and market positioning

  • Offer strength and call-to-action

  • Location, timing, and campaign duration

  • Market demand and external economic conditions

By proceeding with billboard advertising, you acknowledge that outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Creative Responsibility

​

While guidance may be provided on best-practice billboard design:

  • Final responsibility for the effectiveness of creative content rests with the client

  • All artwork must comply with third-party media specifications and advertising standards

​​

Approval & Campaign Lock-In

​

All billboard campaigns:

  • Require written client approval of artwork, placement, and campaign details prior to launch

  • Are locked in once live and cannot be altered, paused, substituted, or refunded

Once a campaign has commenced, changes are not permitted due to third-party scheduling and media commitments.

Third-Party Media Providers

​

Billboard placements are delivered through third-party media owners and operators. 6 Figure Salons is not responsible for:

  • Technical outages or screen downtime

  • Delays caused by media operators

  • Changes imposed by media owners, councils, or regulatory bodies

Where possible, issues will be communicated, but no compensation or refunds are guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6 Figure Salons is not liable for:

  • Campaign underperformance

  • Missed business opportunities

  • Indirect or consequential losses

7. DIGITAL MANUALS & PORTAL ACCESS POLICY

Access & Delivery

​

All digital manuals, playbooks, and written resources provided by 6 Figure Salons are:

  • Accessed exclusively through the 6 Figure Salons Members Lounge portal

  • Delivered via secure, login-based access only

  • Not downloadable, printable, or transferable under any circumstances

  • Available only for the duration of access granted at the time of purchase

Access may be suspended, limited, or revoked if these terms are breached.

Licence & Permitted Use

​

By purchasing a digital manual, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the content for your personal business use only.

This licence does not grant ownership of the content.

Prohibited Use

​

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Download, copy, photograph, screenshot, screen-record, scan, or reproduce any part of the content

  • Share login credentials or allow access by any third party

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All digital manuals, frameworks, templates, written materials, and supporting resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of 6 Figure Salons and are protected under Australian copyright law and international copyright conventions.

No ownership rights are transferred to the purchaser.

Monitoring & Enforcement

6 Figure Salons reserves the right to:

  • Monitor portal access and usage activity

  • Investigate suspected misuse or unauthorised access

  • Suspend or permanently terminate access without notice

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution — including screenshots or screen recordings — may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access without refund

  • Revocation of licences across all purchased products

  • Legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief where appropriate

No Refunds

Due to the secure, instant-access nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted once access is granted

Survival of Obligations

8. ONLINE COURSES & CERTIFICATIONS POLICY

  • Access is granted upon successful purchase and account activation

  • Course access is provided for the period specified at the time of purchase

  • Access may be suspended or revoked if these terms are breached

Course Completion & Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued only when:

  • All required modules, lessons, or assessments are completed in full

  • Completion criteria set within the course platform are met

Certificates are issued electronically and are tied to the purchaser’s name and account.

Nature of Certificates

All certificates issued by 6 Figure Salons:

  • Acknowledge course participation and completion only

  • Do not represent formal qualifications, certifications, or accreditations

  • Are not recognised by government bodies, regulators, or licensing authorities

  • Do not replace industry training, professional licensing, or regulatory compliance

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, industry standards, and licensing requirements relevant to their business or profession.

Non-Transferability & Account Use

Courses, platform access, logins, and certificates:

  • Are strictly non-transferable

  • May not be shared, sublicensed, or accessed by any third party

  • Are for individual use by the original purchaser only

Sharing login details, granting access to others, or group usage without an express written licence constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, worksheets, frameworks, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of 6 Figure Salons and is protected under Australian copyright law.

Unauthorised copying, recording, screenshots, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of instant digital access:

  • All course purchases are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are available once access is granted

9. MEMBERS LOUNGE MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Subscription Terms

The 6 Figure Salons Members Lounge is a recurring membership subscription.

​

  • Membership is billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout

  • Membership fees are charged in advance of each billing period

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next renewal date to prevent future charges

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds, credits, or prorated amounts are provided for unused time, early cancellation, or non-use of the membership.

Access & Availability

  • Membership access is granted only while the subscription remains active and in good standing

  • Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or associated policies

  • Loss of access due to cancellation or breach does not entitle the member to a refund

​

Content Evolution & Updates

​

The Members Lounge is an evolving resource platform.

  • Resources, tools, templates, and materials may be added, updated, replaced, or retired at any time

  • Content availability is not guaranteed indefinitely

  • The nature, frequency, and format of resources may change over time

Membership is not the purchase of specific individual items, but access to the Members Lounge platform as a whole.

Community Standards & Conduct

The Members Lounge includes community spaces designed for professional discussion and support.

Members must:

  • Act professionally and respectfully at all times

  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions, shared experiences, and member contributions

  • Refrain from sharing, copying, or distributing any Members Lounge content externally

Prohibited Conduct

Members may not:

Enforcement & Removal

6 Figure Salons reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate membership access

  • Remove a member from the community

where conduct breaches these Terms or undermines the integrity of the Members Lounge.

Removal for policy violations may occur without refund.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT POLICY

Ownership of Content

All content created, provided, or made available by 6 Figure Salons is the exclusive intellectual property of 6 Figure Salons, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and course materials

  • Videos, audio recordings, and presentations

  • Templates, worksheets, checklists, and tools

  • Frameworks, systems, and methodologies

  • Images, photography, graphics, branding, and logos

  • Website content, written copy, and marketing materials

All content is protected under Australian copyright law, intellectual property legislation, and applicable international copyright conventions.

Licence to Use Content

Where access is granted, you are provided with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content strictly in accordance with the relevant policy for that product or service.

No ownership rights are transferred.

  • Immediate termination of access without refund

  • Revocation of licences across all products and services

  • Legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs where applicable

Survival of Rights

All intellectual property rights, copyright protections, and restrictions on use survive termination of access, cancellation of services, or completion of programs.

11. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS POLICY

General Policy

All purchases and bookings with 6 Figure Salons are subject to this Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows Policy. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Services (Advisory, Strategy Sessions, Photoshoots & Billboard Services)

​

Appointments & Attendance

​

  • All booked appointments must be attended at the scheduled time.

  • Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to attend are forfeited in full and are not eligible for refund or credit.

  • Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

​​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Requests to reschedule must be made within the minimum notice period stated at the time of booking.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Service Delivery

​

Once a service has commenced or been delivered in part or full, no refunds or credits will be provided.

​

 

Digital Products (Manuals, Courses & Bundles)

​

  • All digital products are delivered via secure, instant access.

  • Once access is granted, products are considered delivered and used.

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks are permitted.

Unauthorised access, misuse, or breach of content policies does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Memberships (Members Lounge)

​

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

  • Cancellations prevent future billing only and do not result in refunds for the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds or prorated amounts are provided for unused time or early cancellation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Recovery of associated fees and costs

Grounds for Refusal or Termination

  • Acts abusively, aggressively, threateningly, or disrespectfully toward 6 Figure Salons, its representatives, or other members

  • Misuses, shares, copies, or otherwise infringes upon intellectual property

  • Engages in unethical, unlawful, misleading, or harmful conduct

  • Disrupts the professional integrity of programs, community spaces, or platforms

Effect of Termination

Where service or access is refused or terminated:
